Hi there!

I’m Ana, a Korean-Canadian potter and a woodworker living in Los Angeles. I started working with clay in 2014 while going through a challenging period. Its therapeutic quality helped me reconnect with myself and I kept going back for more. Little by little, it became a deeply meaningful element in my life, and the love for working with my hands eventually expanded to woodworking. Eventually, in 2019, I left my career in the digital world to dedicate myself to working with clay and wood. I attended the Krenov School of Fine Woodworking and ever since, I've been making a delightful mess of mud and dust every day. Sharing my work with people who appreciate handmade goods brings me joy and purpose to show up to work each day. I also teach woodworking classes at Allied Woodshop in downtown Los Angeles.
