Ceramics Info & Care

  • Every piece is carefully handmade by me. This makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind and slightly vary from one another. Dimensions from piece to piece can vary up to 1/2” but usually less. For orders of multiples of a product (ie. 4 oatmeal bowls, 6 tumblers) I try my best to group pieces that match the closest.

  • All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe unless noted otherwise. Please hand wash ceramics with painted details.

  • I try to be as accurate as possible with product photos but they may vary slightly depending on different computer screens and measuring methods.

  • Please email anachoceramics@gmail.com for custom orders. I try to accommodate whenever I can depending on my work load at the time.

  • Tip for rough spots on the bottom of the wares - give it a light sanding with 150-220 grit sandpaper to smooth the surface!


Shipping

  • As a new small business, I’m often trying out different ways to price shipping options to keep you happy and things sustainable for myself. If you notice shipping policies change once in a while, please know this is why, and thank you for your understanding!

  • If you live in Los Angeles, in or near 90041, please feel free to email anachoceramics@gmail.com to ask about local pick-up.

  • I’m currently only shipping within the U.S. due to potentially high customs fees and delivery time. If you’re willing to cover the extra fees, please email anachoceramics@gmail.com to discuss options.

  • Damaged items - I take great care while packing. If a piece is delivered damaged, please email anachoceramics@gmail.com along with photos of the ceramic wares AND the packaging within 2 days of receiving for a replacement or a refund. If the package shows damage during transit, please take multiple photos including outside the damaged box, and damaged wares inside and outside of the box as insurance claims require these photos.

  • Lost or stolen packages - I’m not responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the tracking record shows delivered. If the tracking information confirms the package was lost in transit, I will open an insurance claim with the postal service. It may take several weeks to resolve the claim once opened.

  • I use eco-friendly packagings such as paper bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts. If your order is wrapped in conventional materials (i.e. plastic bubble wrap) it’s because I’m recycling what I already have.

  • I accept returns within 7 days of delivery for undamaged and unused wares. Customers are responsible for safe packaging, shipping cost, and insurance.
